We love to welcome new and experience. A glider is an extremely efficient (engineless) aircraft. Once towed up into the sky a glider can stay up for hours, travel hundreds of miles, climb thousands of feet and speed along at well over 100mph - all using the natural energy in the sky.

Shenington airfield (formerly RAF Edgehill) is an area of intense gliding activity. We offer glider pilot lessons and Introductory Flight Packages for potential new pilots. Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept visitors from other gliding clubs due to COVID restrictions.
