I was listening to the guy at the DVLA office and he told more than a couple of people dont buy a car without a logbook. Its a bit stupid really that you dont get a few days grace until the car is in your name. Right I bought a car from Ebay a couple of weeks ago, but sadly the tax expired and now its off the roa but the problem is that we sent the V5C logbook to the DVLA literally two weeks ago and it.
